What drives me is the intersection of technology and business outcomes. I don't just want to keep systems running — I want to understand what an organization is trying to accomplish and build the strategy around that. That mindset has shaped how I approach presales, client conversations, and technical leadership alike.
My background spans network infrastructure, cybersecurity, IT operations, and managed services. I've worked in highly regulated environments, built and led technical teams, and partnered with sales organizations to translate complex solutions into language that resonates with decision-makers.
More recently I've been deep in AI and automation — exploring how intelligent workflows can reduce overhead, accelerate sales cycles, and help IT teams do more with less. It's where I see the biggest opportunities right now and where I want to keep pushing.
