Inherited a fragmented IT department at a regulated biotech and rebuilt all 15 sites: centralized a critical application server on AWS with site-to-site VPN from every location, added redundant ISPs, and grew the team from one technician to six.
Founded Mountain West Technologies while still at the credit union, scaled from 0 to 25 clients in 12 months, went full-time in 2019, and exited via sale.
Started as a telephone teller in 2005, moved to the help desk in 2007, and advanced to Network Specialist III at a credit union, through a full organizational merger and under strict data privacy and compliance standards.
Teller → help desk → enterprise networks → MSP founder → IT leadership → presales → AI builds. The breadth lets me speak both engineering and revenue, often in the same meeting.
Software I designed and built myself using AI-assisted development, from a production SaaS to custom MCP servers.
Multi-tenant quote-to-cash SaaS for service businesses: AI-assisted proposals, e-signature, dual-pricing payments, recurring billing with autopay, QuickBooks sync, and a branded client portal. I also built a hosted MCP server with 100+ tools so AI agents can run real business workflows (proposals, invoices, client records) end to end.
Ticketing, time tracking, invoicing, and AI-driven triage, integrated with SyncroMSP RMM. I write the core code and direct a contract engineer.
